New nurse looking for support

Hello all! I recently graduated nursing school with my BSN about 6 months ago and got my first nursing job about 3 months ago. I have taken boards and passed. Sometimes on the floor I feel like I know nothing! Sometimes I leave work and feel like I didn't do anything right and I'm always doing things wrong. Am I being paranoid? Does anyone else feel like this?

brand new nurse here, yea i feel exactly like this! I hope its going to get better, they say around a year you should start to feel more confident! It can't come soon enough for me.

I've been working as an RN for 3 months now on a sub-acute floor and I don't feel like I know a thing!!!! Everyone tells me that I'm doing great but at the end of the day I don't feel that way. I think it's just a matter of time and getting comfortable in our nursing roles :)
