New Mexico NCLEX Question

Published

I'm planning to take the New Mexico NCLEX Exam.

Where can I get a copy of the fingerprint cards?

Is this website correct for ordering fingerprint cards:

http://www.fbi.gov/hq/cjisd/forms/description-fd258.htm

If not, can you help me to locate in the Web where I can order.

In addition, after submitting all the requirements including the fees, how long will it take for me to receive my Letter of Eligibility?

Thank you for your reply.

Hi. Welcome to allnurses.com. Moved your thread here in the Int'l forum where it is more appropriate. Pls. check out the New Mexico Licensure Question thread here where your question was discussed already.

Welcome to Allnurses.com.....:nurse:

Please be aware that you will be applying for licensure as an RN in the US, you do not apply for the NCLEX exam. You have to have permission from a state BON to be able to sit for the exam. Registration for the exam should be done after you have received approval by the BON.

on what site are the new mexico nclex application forms available? it seems that not one site offered me such... i really need your help.

thanks!

u mean licensure by examination application forms of NM BON?.. u can find it here- www.bon.state.nm.us.. also, try to do some reading from other threads.. it's different with registration to take NCLEX-RN exam like what Suzanne has posted above..

u can request for fingerprint cards also from NM BON website homepage..

I would like to know if you need to attend an accredited school in order to sit for the NCLX-RN exam?
