New job problems

So, I started a new nursing hospital position. The positive is the location of the hospital and the people. I have almost two years of experience.

The negatives are the lack of training, the lab takes 6 hours to fulfill stat orders, 6 hours to receive a pump, constant tripling, 3 hours for transport to come, and 3 hours to receive a stat pressor medication.

I am a good nurse. But, I feel flustered with the chaos. I am also worried about maintaining my license here.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

By tripling.. can I assume you are in ICU? Of course none of those times are acceptable anywhere, let alone ICU. What do your co-workers have to say about the lag time for these essential services?

Those times are crazy and not acceptable. I'm surprised nobody has died for lack of a pressor yet.
