I just started my new job at the state hospital and it is not at all what I expected. The wards are very neat, clean and orderly. The clients are treated with kindness and respect and the treatment modialities are awesome! The orientation is thorough and detailed...not boring and rushed. I am quite impressed.
And the great news......
My son is home form Iraq for 2 weeks on R/R. He has to return for 7 more months...but he's home now !!!

Congrats on all counts :). Nice to know a few units are getting it right. What would you attribute this to? Do you feel like it's an overall attitude of the facility from the top down? Do you have an especially strong staff with a lot of longevity?
