Hello!
I graduated with my BSN in December 2017 and became a licensed nurse in February 2018. However, I have applied to at least 100 jobs for the past two months with no headway. I have applied to Abrazo, HonorHealth, Banner, Mayo Clinic, Dignity, and Phoenix Children's. Of course my lack of experience has prevented me from getting jobs but why can't I get an interview? Any advice would be much appreciated!!

Most likely the new grad positions for winter graduates are filled. Waiting to apply until after you graduate/are licensed in my state will end you up in a similar situation. I had my new grad job lined up in March when I was due to graduate in May and it was for a September start date.
Have you had your resume professionally reviewed?

Are you applying to positions that require experience? If yes, you're no more likely to land an interview than the job.

I would suggest trying to google HR emails. I'm from NY and also a new grad. I know the frustration so I googled emails and emailed talent acquisition members and they all got back to me within hours. Long story short I landed a phone interview!
