New Grads: What sites do you use to keep up on your skills/knowledge?

I'm a new grad, finishing up just a about 2 months in my new job. I find myself studying on my days off - there is so much that we didn't learn in those 4 hectic years of nursing school!

Anyways - I was hoping that we would share that sites/links we found helpful in our journeys.

I must say this ICU-Faqs site has been a godsend! No matter what speciality you are in - there is something useful in there and I love it! Most of the time we know what to do and when...but the WHY kind of confuses/escapes us and this just makes critically think about things (the magic word in nursing ).

I've also been using:

• Health topics A-Z (very comprehensive)
  
• Encyclopedia of Surgery (really like this - tells you about the surgery, expected outcomes, and possible nursing actions etc.)
  
• Drug interactions checker (which I used this more often)
  
• Lab tests online (Hmmm what does that mean?!)
  
• Medical tests A-Z (good to look up before seeing pt so I don't scratch my head when the ask what occurs during X)
  
• The MERK Manual (I love the simplicity and layout of this - thinking about purchasing the book. there is an iPhone/iPod touch version for those interested)
  
• Nursing tips and tricks
  
• IV start tips
  

I like to browse a couple pages here and there when I'm home or even during the odd quite times during night shift. Gotta keep those brain cells busy
