Hi there!
I live in TX & I am about to graduate from UT!
My family and I want to move to CO.
Can I take the NCLEX in TX & transfer my license over to CO since it is compact state?
Any help is appreciated!!!!
THANK YOU!

If you are a current resident of Texas and want to be licensed in any of the other compact states, you must apply for licensure in Texas first. After you relocate to another compact state you can then apply for licensure by endorsement in your new state and will be allowed to work for 30 or 90 days on your Texas license (90 days in Colorado).
When you receive your license in your new state your Texas license will be placed on inactive status as you can only maintain one compact license with multi state privileges at any time.
Awesome, thank you so much!
