new grad... should i take staff nurse position or intern pos at dream hospital

Hello, I had an interview at a hospital and was offered job on the spot. I have a preliminary interview at my dream magnet hospital next week for nurse intern. I am a new grad and these are the only 2 interviews I have gotten so far but am stuck. Idk what to do. I am currently leaning more toward the staff nurse position. Help please. What will help boost my career?

If it was me I would take a real job over an internship...but that's me! It's your life do whatever makes you happier.

I would take the RN job as well. You can always get some experience first and then apply to your dream hospital later. You will be more likely to hired by your dream hospital with some RN experience anyway. Good luck!
