New grad seeking resume critique!

Hey everyone! I'm working on my resume and I would really appreciate some feedback. Please feel free to suggest anything to add, take out, reword, etc. I'm having difficulty with wording skills and experiences in a professional way without sounding too nonspecific as well as figuring out what to list without overexaggerating. I didn't always have opportunities for experience in some rotations, but I guess that's the nursing student life.

A little about me: I graduated in April 2013, received my license on my 2nd attempt in September , and I am still unemployed. I've put in applications with no interviews. Its been a rough year to say the least as I've been dealing with many personal obstacles. It was clearly meant for me to have a break to take care of myself before committing to a full time job, but now I am more than ready and motivated to begin my career as an RN! So its super important to have my ducks in a row.

Below is my basic resume (formatting looks better and believe it or not fits on 1 page in Word, haha!). I'm open to work in pretty much any unit: Med-Surg, ICUs, Peds, ER. I really enjoyed my ER practicum, but since its been such a long time that it may not be the best place for me to work. I'm not particularly interested in ICU, however I definitely want to gain experience in a unit that will provide a broad range of caseloads. I eventually want to be a travel nurse, and I also enjoyed psych as well as community/public health (I'd like to include that in my resume somehow)! Some of the skills section is a little bare and generic, so if anyone has any thoughts that would be wonderful. Thanks y'all!

I like the setup! You don't want to tell everything there is to know about you in the resume. Save something for them to desire and bring you in for an interview.

Great point. This one is modeled after the resumes we drafted in our practicum workshop, but I did feel like it was pretty wordy. Thanks!

Make your resume just 1 page, simple yet very interesting

Oh thanks that's great to hear! Believe it or not it does actually fit well on one page in Word, but I'll definitely shorten it a bit.

Shorten it, and personalize it to the job posting you want to apply, (like the job description of that job, make your objective relevant to it)

In my Professional Roles class, I was told to take out the line that says "References available upon request" because it is already a requisite for interviewing.

I had my recent interview, did not put reference upon request, they did not ask for references though and i got the job
