I will graduate in may with my LPN and I am not confident in the fact that I will have lives in my hands. Did anyone else feel this way? I have never worked as a cna and don't have the experience that others may. Can I do it? I dont want to make a deadly error...I could never live with myself!

Welcome!
I, too, never worked as a CNA prior to becoming an LVN. However, I never had the fears you seem to have about peoples' lives being in my hands.
Here's the only accurate horoscope in existence: we're all going to die. Once I came to terms with morbidity, mortality, death and dying, other peoples' demises no longer bothered me. Death is a natural end to the circle of life.
Good luck to you.

I never worked as a CNA, tech or anything prior to being an LVN. It is scary to think about having people's lives in your hands. But as long as you be the best nurse you can be there is nothing to worry about.
