New Grad in San Diego

I graduate this may and have plans of moving to San Diego. The job searches on various hospital sites are not yielding many positions for new grads.

I saw on here home health might be one of the most promising. Any other ideas for new RN experience?

Do new grads have problems getting jobs in nursing homes?

I'm not a new grad so I'm not specifically looking, but based on what I've seen, check the hospital websites' career sections frequently for listings for new grad jobs and residency programs. They are often very quietly posted (you won't see it headlined on the hospital's main web page or even headlined on the career main page) and are only up for short periods of time. Also, since you haven't graduated yet, you'd be ahead of the game as far as applying goes.
