Hi everyone! I just passed my NCLEX in the beginning of the month and have started to find jobs. I don't have my license number yet (Hawaii BON takes around a month) and I'm not quite sure the layout I should be using. I am applying to a hospital in Washington State and I need to submit asap because I'm scared they will take off the job offer soon (My first choice hospital took off their job offer when I checked it a week ago ) so any advice on what I should put or my format or just general tips or advice concerning my resume would be greatly appreciated The format of my resume may be a bit off. Thank you all!!

I know this throws off the formatting but make sure everything lines up nicely (all the dates line up etc). Add some color if you can to make it pop. I put my clinical experience directly under education. If you've got other work exp even if it's customer service add it on there. I know it's supposed to be a page but if this is not your first degree or you've held relevant positions include them. Another section I had was activities for the honors societies I was a part of, honors/awards if you received any, and professional enrichment section where I listed nursing conferences I had been to or CEUs. Good luck and congrats!
