Hello! Below I posted my resume (with identifying info changed). Was wondering if ppl here could take a look at it and offer some advice on format/order, wording, what I should leave in or take out, ect... I am applying to a couple residency programs that are seeking RN students who graduate this may. And questions: should new grads keep their resume just one page? (mine is exactly 1, tho it was difficult to make it so). I also didn't really list my clinical experience much, except for the name of the "very well known hospital" and the study abroad experience - i feel like those will make me stand out a bit more. Should i be listing all of my clinical rotations (dates, locations, skills carried out) or is how i formatted it okay? I hear mixed opinions...
