New grad residency programs Boston

Hi there! I am looking for insight to new grad residency programs in Boston. I am seriously looking into Mass General and am set to graduate in May 2022. Does anyone know at what point I should apply? I don't want to apply too early given that I will be taking NCLEX this Summer. I am also interested in Tufts and Beth Israel. Looking for any information anyone can provide.
