I am going to graduate in May. I want some advice. I want to head towards and intensive care career. I work as a CNA in an ICU. I'm hopeful that they will offer me a job after graduation but I have been hearing a lot of great things about new grad or journey programs. Does anyone have any advice on the best route to do things?

The best thing about new grad programs is they work in the idea of you being new in your career into the program. They also have a mentor type relationship built in to make sure you are successful.
I applied to a graduate nurse program and hoping that I make it for that very reason. So many say that first year is so tough. A new grad program knows that and supports you through it. HTH
