New Grad Nursing Aesthetics

I wanted ask any of you guys with experience with aesthetics nursing in Miami . And how about to get your first job. I always loved dermatology and I am fortunate to have my first job in Critical Care and I am still amazed about how much I learn everyday , and respect so much how nurses work everyday. However my passion has always been in dermatology and aesthetics. I wanted to go to CRNA but wonder if it would all be worth it considering not going into the field I always wanted to try. I just want to ask what is job outlook and is it possible to work as an aesthetic nurse while being a floor nurse , or should I become an aesthetic nurse full time. I see all the time nurses injecting fillers and botox but how do you get to that level and learn. Is there an aesthetic course I should take or should I just go straight to get hire and learn as I go. Also as an NP in Derm and Aesthetics would it be worth it considering school loans and how well would I be compensated back for it.
