New Grad Job question

So I am a senior in nursing school, I graduate in may, and I went to a hiring fair for a hospital near home, I interviewed with a neurosurgery/stroke unit and they offered me the job and I took it. I was wondering if this was a good decision/what to expect/are there any people on here that work on a floor like this that can give me some tips?
