Due to recent changes regarding applications for International nurses to Australia and the combining of the nursing boards to one central nursing board in Australia AHPRA I have started a new thread for people to discuss the new process on working in Australia.
Currently New Zealand is not accepting new applicants from International trained nurses except those that meet the Trans Tasman Mutual Recognition Agreement {TTMR} this will be updated once the New Zealand nursing board reopen their books to International nurses.

how long did you wait for them to response for your application?
thank you . a week or two? the conditional offer came out last month but I waited for my IELTS result to come out before responding to it. They called me up to remind me to pay tuition asap as slots are being filled up fast.
I lodged my application to LTU last week. I hope I can still get a slot for January intake. It seems other BP providers are getting a lot of application thus their response is taking time.

whoah. just finished talking with an indian guy from IHNA and all he did was enumerate my certified documents. and that was the end of it.thank you he said afterwards. I think it was not the interview I was expecting... Or now I'm having thoughts that they were merely assessing my docs. sigh. I emailed him and he has not answered yet...

Holla! I have received my letter of offer from LTU last week and I'm planning to pay using a bank draft. Is there anyone here who used the same mode of payment ? How long did it take for you to receive the CoE after you have sent your acceptance form ?
Hi,is there someone here targetting to do their Bridging Course at CON NSW? I have passed my application for their September 26,2011 intake but, unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a slot. The lady there, who's in charge of the applications, said that I am in the waiting list. I just want to know if those who are in the waiting list will be guaranteed a slot for their next intake on 2012? Does anyone here knows the schedule of their 2012 Bridging Course?

Hi there!
I payed LTU for the same method.
If you have send already the international bankdraft, be sure you have scanned the draft and email this to the Admissions Coordinator so that she will know ahead and might save you a slot.
As far as I have known, a lot of offers have been made already since last 2 weeks.
I am completely lost after this step. Are you joining us too?
