new grad ADN with 4 yrs LPN experience - am i marketable?

i am moving to nyc in the near future and will be looking for jobs in hospitals. while i realize that not having a BSN is a disadvantage as a new grad nurse, im wondering how marketable i am to hospitals with 4 years experience in sub acute nursing as an LPN.

I was in the same boat that you are in. Unfortunately, hospitals tend to not value LPN experience. When a went to a nursing job fair with major hospitals in attendance, no one was hiring new grads. Only home health care companies were hiring. I wish you the best of luck.
