Hello everyone, I'm new to neuro ICU and I'm very nervous about it. I always wanted to get into the ICU but I'm not sure I was ready for such a specialized position when the job was offered to me.Can you amazing neuro ICU nurses please tell me what I need to do to be successful in my position? What are some things in need to know even in my sleep?I tend to be very hard on myself and I want to ensure I not only succeed but provide the best care possible to my patients. I'm still on orientation but I would love to get myself ready even when I'm not yet on my own. Your advice will be greatly appreciated and implemented. Thank you.
