Hi! I'm new here and this past semester I failed out of my brick and mortar ADN nursing school. I was so sad but I don't want to let too much time pass so I'm moving forward with the AAS program with excelsior college. I've read and downloaded all the study guides on the excelsior site and the program is accepted in my state. I'm happy they accepted all of my gen eds. I just have to do 6 nursing courses, fcca, and cpne (I'm doing the penn foster info lit course once I get approved). I'm ready to get started with Nurx214, then on to Nurx106. Does anyone have any tips, suggestions, notes on how to study for this first exam? Thank you allnurses members! I love this site!:):heartbeat

Practice exams are a good place to start. I used this as well as the content guide to gear my studying. I also purchased all my books and study guides on ebay and half.com.
I just want to wish you luck throughout the program. It is doable, just put the time and dedication in.
