I'm wanting to apply for Lpn to rn at CSN but need to take biol. 223 224 and 251. I want to do all 3 this next semester but in the short term courses. I'm thinking all three one at a time each for the 4 week sessions. Has anyone take the short term classes for any of those classes ? And how were they? Too much to try all 3 in one semester?

Anyone have input about taking these classes together for regular semester ?

Id say take 2 at a time. That is more doable. I took A/P 2 and Micro at the same time in 3 months. Then I CLEPed 2 classes a month later so in 4 months I took 4 classes. Studied hard, Took the entrance exam and got accepted to Cochran nursing school.

I think 223 is a pre req for 224. I am taking 224 and 251 right now and it's do able. Taking all three at the same time would be difficult. 223 gives you knowledge you need to be successful in 224. Also I've found some overlap between 224 and 251 which is nice.

Yea I was def thinkin about either 233 and 251 or 224 and 251 .. R u in regular semester courses? I was thinking of doing a short term session maybe the 4-8 week??

I'm taking 251 and 224 in the regular fall semester. I took 223 at unlv in 5 weeks and that was no joke. I couldn't imagine taking other classes with it. In such a short amount of time there's a lot to know. I won't say it's impossible but for me that would've been really difficult. 223 is a difficult course. Don't under estimate it lol. There's a ton is memorization with all the bones and muscles. I would say maybe take anatomy and micro together. I'm pretty sure you can't take both anatomy classes at the same time anyways.

So can isn't offering 223 224 or 25- short term so I think in just gonna do them at rio or Mohave cc in bull head cus they offer them one at a time for 8 weeks then transfer them in
