Neonatology Nursing

Published

Hello,

I am looking at 2nd degree bachelor/master programs and I am interested in becoming an NP in neonatology. My question is in order for an NP to work in Neonatology due they have to be certified as an NP in neonatology or can they be certified in pediatrics? I am pretty certain this is the field I want to enter but I also don't want to limit where I am applying based on the few programs that appear to have 2nd degree bachelor/master programs with a concentration in neonatology.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
