I am currently in college to become an RN, I then plan to go onto become a Neonatal Nurse. I was just curious what a day for a neonatal nurse consist of? Why you became a neonatal nurse? What you have accomplished in doing this? What are the criteria for an infant being in care of a neonatal nurse? How do encourage healthy development? What changes, if any would you like to see in your area of work? What is your goal of being a neonatal nurse? What challenges do you have being a neonatal nurse, and how do you solve these challenges? What gratification do or disapointments do you eperience in your line of work? I realize that these may be overwhelming questions, but I would really appreciate it if you would email me back at with the answers, or if you could send me the email of someone who may answer these questions for me. I would also like to know how you chose this area of specialties, how it affects your family life, and how you got(in terms of studies) to be where you are today? Thank you for your time!!
