I got stuck with a suture needle on my Palm.. I'm so scared as this Is my first needle stick injury.. I followed hospital protocol right away, was started with pep truvada and isentress that same day. I was negative for all test and same is the patient tests but I'm freaking out cause he's UDS is positive but no other med history Young on mid 30's but was found unresponsive. I was told to stop breastfeeding until further notice. Our critical care md told me I can stop the pep and can resume nursing my LO but very anxious to do so given the patient +uds. What if ?!? Prayers and advices needed..

Welcome to Allnurses.com. I understand being freaked out about a needle stick injury, especially your first. Most needle stick injuries amount to nothing except time wasted at Employee Health. Good for you for following your hospital policies.
Most of your post is difficult to understand because of unfamiliar acronyms (UDS? LO?), strange punctuation and unusual phrasing. Perhaps English isn't your first language?
Continue to follow your hospital policy. Try to remain positive -- remember, most needle stick injuries don't amount to anything. And please use the opportunity of posting on allnurses to work on your written communication skills. You'll find that you get more responses to your questions if people can immediately understand without having to try to figure out what you mean.
I'll be praying for a good outcome.

UDS = urine drug screen. No idea about LO.
OP, it would be wise if you read some of the statistics about needle stuck injuries and disease transmission. The risk is extremely low. Considering that you were stuck with a suture needle, you are at even less risk than someone who was stuck by a hollow bore needle.

I think LO= little one.
So why not just say "Urine Drug Screen" or "little one." It's not as if they're so horribly difficult to type out, and it would certainly make the post a little more clear.
