hi, i got hired as an rn for $22/hr to give flu shots this fall. it's a temp job but at least you'll make money, get some experience to put on your resume (you can even do this on the side if you already have a job like i do), and you will have something to do for 12 weeks. and they're hiring new grads. i got this in my e-mail today, i thought i'd share it with you all.
"if you know of a nurse who may be looking for extra part-time income, please send them to our website below to apply directly for these very important positions safeguarding our communities across the entire united states. [color=#0068cf]http://jobs.flushotsusa.com/ ."
good luck!

Thanks for posting it.
No problem! I had a very hard time getting hired as a New Grad last year so I know how frustrating many of you must be feeling by now. I finally got hired at a hospital at the end of September of 2009 and thank God because my 1st payment of student loans was going to be due in about a month in November.
I know that this is not the dream job, but trust me, the money will come in handy while you are looking for a full-time job and like I said before, you can still work with them on the side even as little as a 6 hour shift (plus set up or take down time) a week. They have 3 different shifts during the day available and you pick and chose which ones you want to work on-line (that's why you need e-mail and internet access because everything is done on-line including your hiring paperwork and training).
I hope it helps you guys. Hang in there, it will get better, you'll see!

I posted this link a while back -- I hope people took advantage of it! I'm doing it for some extra cash. :)
