Need an outpatient evaluation center recommendation

Got a dwi and self reported. Got 2 years of monitoring. I was then diagnosed with colon cancer for 2nd time. After completing chemo I had a positive peth test. I had a hearing and got granted a 2nd outpatient evaluation. There is only 4 approved by the Louisiana board. Jacksonville, Chicago, and pine grove in Mississippi. I heard don’t go to palmetto in Louisiana. Need suggestions.
