Need opinions about LPN to RN BSN Online schools??

I am currently studying to take my NCLEX-PN for the 2nd time. (lots of anxiety) I test on the 15th of this month. I am relocating to Arkansas from Florida after my exam and have already contacted the Ar State Board of Nursing about the requirements to get a license there.

Anyway.. My question campus or online? I am a mom, am working, and am a photographer so I am busy busy... The area I am going to has schools close by. One offers LPN-RN ADN fast track.. Meant for working nurses and is said to have a flexible schedule. The other offers a RN-BSN bridge program. I have been seeing alot of ads and things for LPN to RN BSN schools online that are said to be faster and more cost effective.. Has anyone had any experience with online Nursing Schools?? Would an employer frown upon an online degree over an on campus degree? I guess I am trying to explore all the options available to me and figure out the pros and cons of each..

I got my BSN from what at the time was New York Regents External Degree Program out of Albany NY. The school is now called Excelsior College. The nursing programs are acredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC).

I don't think an employer would question your qualifications if you graduated from this particular school, and in my experience, graduating from any online school can even help your job possibilities. When I applied for the Master's Program in Nursing at the University of Hawaii, I was told one of the reasons I was accepted was because the Regents program was tough and had a reputation for turning out good nurses, so it certainly was a plus for me. The Regents program included clinical testing, so it wasn't exclusively on-line work, but it was perfect for PN's or 2 year RN's with solid experience and too busy to take time off for full time school. It took me about 2 years to finish my degree.

None of the LPN-RN programs are all online. Some require you go to class for a number of hours a week, depending on what your state requires. Homework is submitted online.
