Need nursing career direction

Hi guys I need some direction in terms of nursing.  Currently working as a nurse and I like some variety where I am comfortable with the tasks, prefer working with small teams, not too concerned about shift hours, have good bedside manners and consider myself compassionate.  Any possible experiences you have that might suit me in terms of a nurse specialty, direction? Appreciate your feedback. Thank you!
