I need to write a paper on an interview of a nurse for my nursing school class. Would anyone be willing to answer these questions for me?
1. Describe the your professional career and the path they have followed since being a new graduate. Includes jobs you have held, where you have worked, and descriptions of what you have done.
2. What does being a nursing professional mean to you? Do you belong to a professional nursing organization?
3. What have been the largest areas of change in nursing since you began your career?
4. What qualities do you feel a good nurse leader/manager must have?
5. What is the most difficult thing you have faced during their nursing career?
6.What is the most satisfying thing they have encountered during their nursing career?
7. How have you kept yourself renewed and from falling victim to burnout?
8. What do you do to keep current on the changes in nursing practice, health care and promote your professional development?
9. What advice do you have for new registered nurses coming into the field?
Thank you I greatly appreciate it!

Please take this in the spirit this is given. We get these all the time and most often do not answer the questions because they are ridiculously long and also may not be allowed by your school. Please verify with your instructor that having an anonymous person on-line who may or may not be a nurse is acceptable for this assignment. Most of the time the purpose of these are to have you talk face to face with an actual nurse. If that is the case we are most willing to assist you in finding resources.

My advice would be to give a nurse these essay questions in advance (so s/he can think about how to answer), make an appointment at a Starbucks or whatever, buy them a coffee, and type while s/he talks.
