Hello everyone I hope all is well and I hope maybe someone on this site may be able to help me. My instructor gave us this assignment which requires me to interview a DON, Administrator, or Charge Nurse of a LTC facility. There are several LTC's in my area and I have visited a few and unfortunately when I tried to get someone to talk to me for an interview everyone was to busy and requested I schedule an appointment for a few weeks later. Well I would love to do that and talk to someone in person but my instructor gave us till tomorrow. I no this is extreme short notice but I just thought to ask around on this site. At the moment I am still calling around places hoping to find someone to interview so maybe I will get lucky, I know with the nursing shortage these facilities are extremely busy. But if anyone DON's, Charge Nurses or Administrator's on this site have to time to help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Here are the questions I am supposed to have answered.
1. Your Name
2. Your Title
3. Name of the Facility and Location
4. How many years you have worked there
5.What is the role of the CNA at your facility
6. What are the CNA's responsibilities to the patient
7. What are the rules and regulations of your facility regarding CNA's
Once again if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance

Who in their right mind would ask someone to do this in 24 hours, something does not sound right about this. Rhonda
I'm sorry you don't feel right about this Rhonda but it truly was for school and as I explained our teacher gave us the assignment at the last minute and on a Tuesday and it was expected to be turned in on Friday. Do to unforeseen circumstances and schedule conflicts I was unable to actually visit a live LTC facility. I am a member of several nursing sites and I posted this on the two I frequent more often to try and get some assistance. I'm sorry if this bothered you in anyway I was just trying to complete a school assignment. I also want to thank the people that emailed me you all were very helpful and I was able to complete my assignment on time. If you have any questions regarding what I as a student was trying to accomplish feel free to contact me by PM and I will glady discuss any issues.
You will be able to use the PM and email function once you have 15 posts on the board. Please do not post your email address on the public board.
