Need Info abt transferring my liecence to another state.

Hi Guys

My self and my wife acquired our LPN and RN liecences in Florida state and in Aug 2006 we are moving to Texas for good. Can someone please advice me on the following:

1) How do i transfer our florida LPN and RN liecences to the state of Texas?

2) Also tell me how long will it take for me to get the Texas liecence after i apply for a transfer?

3) How much do i have to pay for the transfer?
