I'm starting nursing school in a few weeks and I need an all white pair of shoes. I don't wear all white shoes so I don't know where to begin. I wear Dansko to work but I can't see me wearing them in white. So can you give me your opinions on which shoes to buy that have a little style and also comfortable.

Dansko. Hands down. I finally broke down and bought a white pair for work and while ugly, they keep my feet happy. I prefer the professional and since I am currently a dental assistant in a more relaxed office I also have a patent leather leopard pair. The soles do turn yellowish after awhile though.

I start in 23 days!!! im counting down...lol
for work (I'm a dog groomer and i'm always on my feet and moving) I wear walking/running shoes...I have Reebok's now that i payed around 100$ for that work amazingly, but they don't come in all white..so i was kind of in the same boat..i want my shoes to be comfortable yet stylish....
I've found that alot of walking/running shoes come in white, alot of them have a slight bit of color (which luckily my program is ok with) so I found a pair of Nike's that one of my friends who's a college cheerleader wear, they even have these interchangeable color tabs that go in the nike symbol...which make them that much more awesome...
and A pair of K-swiss that are just as awesome and just as comfortable....
Your best bet is to go to a good shoe store in your neighborhood and ask a sales person, and try on a bunch of different shoes and see what you like, whats comfortable..etc...
all of our feet our different so what works for one person may not work well for you...
I have really wide feet, which sucks horribly, but a lot of nursing shoes seem to not fit my feet well and make it more uncomfortable then anything, and most walking/running shoes you get (the good ones that is) tend to be very flexible with wide feet....

I wear Sketchers. They have a little grey/silver, but our instructors are ok with that!
These are what I have

I was trying to be cheap, especially after already spending hundreds on my books and other supplies. But after reading everyone's stories I finally decided to buy Timberland Pro Renova's in white.
I figure I'll b wearing for at least 2 years maybe even longer if they last. Good reviews too. This one website had free shipping so it only cost $3 more than some Cherokee's w/shipping.

You can try Alegria Shoes. They offer white shoes in both shoes and clogs style in white leather. But check with the school first to find out the details of their requirements first. Maybe you can get white color shoes with some cute patterns to spice it up a bit if you think pure white is too boring. :)
