Hi everyone,
I am a new grad and today I got a job offer for IMCU. My passion and goal is to enter the Nurse Anesthesia Program right away after finishing my residency, so now I have a hard time deciding to accept the offer or not. Anyone can please please help/advise me to decide on denying or accepting the offer or I should wait longer to get into an ICU residency program?
Thanks

Don’t you have to have critical care experience to get into a CRNA school? All of our nurses that went to CRNA school stated they needed 2 years of critical care experience.
yes exactly. My understanding was that IMCU can be considered as Critical Care. Honestly, when they offered me a poison after applying in a lot of places for 6 months now after my graduation I just couldn't say no:(
