Need advice on nursing schools and getting a job after

Can anyone give me advice??? I am just about done with my GE and want to apply to a nursing program but am finding it extremely difficult unless you go to a private school which as you know costs alot of money. My question is "If after going thru nursing school, whichever one you choose, will you be able to find a job?" I have read alot of the other forums which people are saying how difficult it is to find something after you get your license. This talk makes me very sad because I would love nothing more than to complete my RN and get started on a career I feel will give me great satisfaction. Any advice would be so greatly appreciated!!
