Need advice nursing entrance essay

Hello,

My essay has to be one page on "What becoming a nurse means to me" are they lookin for how it will impact my life or what I think a nurse should be? I was thinking about putting in there about how a nurse inspired me but I think that's going off topic or am I wrong? Since I don't know what a nurses daily job entails I need to think of something that goes along with these words that I brainstormed...

competent- knowing how to correctly administer medicine, do procedures correctly

Critical thinking- would this be like making up a pt care plan? what other things do they us critical thinkig? I need ideas

motivated- motivated to give the best care possible?

compassionate- being able to help others feel better in a time of need the patient as well as the family.

dependable?

responsible?

Any other good describing words that I may have missed?
