Hi Guys,
I am planning to take NCLEX exams and I've been checking articles online re the steps/requirements and they're really confusing. Hope you can help me.
I am RN from Philippines but never had hospital experience, I work as Clinical Research Coordinator in one of those private hospitals. I would really want to continue my nursing that's why I want to take NCLEX.
I currently have H1B status and I'll be working in a company soon. I plan to take NCLEX while working. Can anyone help me regarding the process or requirements for this? I've seen that some states require CGFNS and other pre-exam that they have.
upon checking also my documents had been evaluated already by EEEA or Education Eval Experts or America and my degree there is same BSN accredited same here in US...
1.Requirements/Steps for NCLEX (Philippine passport holder)
2. Which state has the least requirements/which can you recommend?
3.Do you need to have hospital experience to qualify to take the exam?
Thank you guys.

There is no experience requirement to be eligible for the NCLEX. New grads with no experience other than their education take it every day. The specific requirements will depend on to which state you're applying for licensure. All the info and forms you need to apply for licensure as an internationally educated graduate will be on the Board of Nursing (of that state) website.
As for which state has the least requirements, it doesn't really matter -- you will need to be licensed in the state in which you intend to work, and most states require that, even if you already hold a license in another state and are applying by endorsement, you still need to meet the state's requirements for licensure. So applying and paying for a license in another state first is really just wasting your time and money.
