NCLEX RN Results in California

I just took my NCLEX RN. How long does it take to find out your results? I looked at their website and it said it takes 2-4 weeks? Is this true?

Sorry to say but it varies quite a bit. I've had friends that took over 2 months to get results and I got mine in 1 week. It's just the way the BRN works I'm afraid :(

Just keep checking your BRN account for your license number!!

I took mine on 9/23/16 and my results were posted 36 hours later. Most of my friends scores were posted within 72 hours, however that is not guaranteed. I have heard some people taking two weeks or more - sometimes this is due to the school not submitting transcript and the board won't release scores officially until they have that. In addition, I know some people that had to wait longer due to waiting for some last minute background issues to resolve.

@Khyione Did you pass? .....I went to an out-of- school state but I am originally/live in CA. I graduated in May 2016 and didn't get my ATT until mid-August. I guess I am just going to have to keep on waiting and be patient. This whole thing has been such a waiting game for me.

Yeah, we all passed. Just be patient. Nothing is going to make it go faster.
