NCLEX-RN nerves and advice

Am I the only one feeling unprepared for NCLEX RN? I am doing saunders 100 questions quizzes and scoring in the high 68%-mid 70%'s... My Q review scores are 83,97,89,83,89. I feel like I am getting worse at questions instead of better. I am so freaked out!!!! Are these scores comparable to anyone else? My test is Wednesday! Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I hate feeling like I know so much but so little at the same time and I am contemplating changing my test date. Thanks in advance.

When are you taking your exam and what are the Q review scores? The Q Trainers from Kaplan?

I am getting similar on Saunders, as well. but I've only taken one QT and got a 70%.

Hi. I'm taking nclex Tuesday. I know how you feel. My qreview scores average a 95. They say if you average a 85/125 then you are good to pass the test. Goodluck to you.

Thanks! Good luck to you tomorrow! Please let me know how you do! I will say some more NCLEX prayers for us tonight ;) I just feel so unprepared but I guess this is normal... The unexpected is what stresses me the most!

one of my cohorts said "xanax and wine" for nerves, LOL

If you weren't nervous, you wouldn't be normal.

take your time on the exam, take deep breaths, have a good breakfast, be well hydrated (but not overly, I used powerade)

GOOD LUCK!!! I will pray for you tonight and keep my fingers crossed for you :) Please keep up posted. I test on February 6th. FREAKING OUT especially because I can't afford Kaplan or Hurst at the moment and I've heard those two reviews really help! I'm trying to save the online Kaplan QTs for closer to my date. I am hoping Saunders works for me.
