I didn't pass NCLEX the first time about a year ago, and now I want to go for the last time (I hope!)
So the confusing part is here. I already paid for Pearson vue ($200 for test taking) thinking that's all I need to do since it's not the first time. Do I need to re-register for the board of registered nursing? I found that the board of registered nursing has a form of request for repeat examination which has a fee of $150. I thought since once I have done this right after nursing school, I didn't have to reapply for the board of nursing. So does this mean that when I don't pass the exam, I have to reapply and pay for the board of nursing again?
Thank you for all your help

Every time you want to test, you have to apply and pay the fees again. If you want clarification on this give the Board a call. Good luck.
