Hi everyone ! Im a nurse from the Philippines & currently working in Jeddah Saudi Arabia , I'am planning to take NCLEX RN in the state of Kansas , However i have some questions regarding the process. I've read from the Kansas state Board of Nursing that they require TOEFL exam & CES. Can i take IELTS academic instead? and apply for a visa screen instead of CES? because my relatives in kansas will refer me to employer once i finish all of those, so by taking visa screen,it'll save my time and money as well.
I need help to make me understand it well. and any suggestions will do. Thank you

CES report is a report of a breakdown of your transcripts, visa screen certificate is a certificate required federally to say you meet requirements for a visa. As mentioned check with BON but if asking for specific English exam and CES then generally that is what you need to do
not yet , but i guess i have to do that.thank you for your reply,

Visa screen is not a substitute for CES
