NCLEX RN in CA still wait for result!

i just moved to ca and just took my test this past sat, 7/19. i know exactly what you're going through! i have to quit if i failed. everyone that i've talked to has found out within 4-5 business days. a coworker took hers fri and knew by thurs morning. i'm hoping to know by thurs or fri. i haven't talked to anyone that has failed though, so i don't know what happens or how long it takes to get something in the mail.

Hi everyone, I took mine for the fifth time and finally passed. Yipee. I took it June 25th and found my name on the web June 27 th. I am finally an RN. Do not give up. It's a wonderful feeling when you pass.

CONGRATS! I'm happy for you. That's what I'm expect, only 48 hours waiting. I've been waiting for 2 weeks and feel soo nervous. I don't know what I have to do anymore.

CA does not participate in the Quick result so you have to wait for them to manually send it to you plus delay if your papers are incomplete. goodluck and relax

i took the exam for the 4th time last wed..we're on the same boat,waiting for the result..hope that we passed..

There is no set time frame that they have to issue your license in. You need to have a completed file before they can do that.

If it has been two weeks, then contact them to make sure that your file is complete.

Average wait time is a full ten days.

Know what you're going through. My classmates knew within 72 hours of their results. Me: it's been since last Wed and nothing.

Is anybody know how many days or weeks exactly NCLEX RN takers in CA must wait to get the result? I know that some people lucky enough to have their names on BON web after 48 hours. I've been waiting for 2 weeks (I took NCLEX on 7/7/08) and I haven't got anything, neither my name posted on BON web nor result in the mail. Is anybody has been waiting longer than 2 weeks? I'm so devastated especially because I just got my job. I called BON last Friday and they didn't want to pass any information to me, only 1 lady told me that not everybody name would be posted on WEB within 48 hours until the person receives the actual result in the mail. Anybody knows what probably happen to my result?

Hi! Did you get your result already? I'm on my 2weeks of waiting now took it last 7/15 and still haven't got anything yet. Well, im still praying and hoping for the best. I really hope to get my result within this week.
