New to the Atlanta area, a recent LPN graduate looking for a refresher course for the NCLEX.
Thanks in advance

I took a great class at the beginning of January and am preparing to take NCLEX next week. It is the Hurst Review and i highly recommend it. Take the live review if they are coming to your area. Otherwise, you can log on and do the online review. Several of my friends who took the review with me have taken NCLEX already and they have all passed with 75 questions. It is a good review of the core content that you need to know as well as great test-taking strategies. I cannot say enough great things about this review. Looking forward to passing my NCLEX next week!

Refresher course and a review course for the NCLEX exam are completely two different things.
A refresher course is for a nurse, that has a license, that has been away from the bedside for sometime, and wishes to get their skills back up to par, or refresh them. A new grad does not need a program like this.
Will move your thread to the NCLEX Forum, where you will be able to find all different types of helpful information for you.
Best of luck on your exam.
I checked out Hurst web site. It looks real interesting but they don't have a live review in the ATL area. Thinking about doing the online review. THanks so much lulu1969
