I really liked Saunders but always recommend getting the one your school suggests because it can often help with your exams throughout school also.

My school did not suggest ANY NCLEX review book; but while I was in school, I studied from Saunders, which was a basic summary that gave hints to what was probably going to be the most important for their upcoming exams. After graduating, however, I found that Saunders was a bit overwhelming to me and settled on Delmar's Comprehensive Review and several CD ROMs to get a feel for different styled questions. I burned copies of Lippincotts, Delmar, Incredibly Easy, Mosby and Saunders.
