NCLEX Results on hold for 8th day

It has been 8 days since I took the Nclex (6 business days) and my results are STILL on hold. I must have slept a combined total of 10 hours these past 8 days, the anxiety is literally killing me, I mean I literally look unhealthy. It is so cruel that they say results are available after 48 hours (I live in a quick results state), and on top of that I expected to walk out of the NCLEX and do the PVT and know if I passed immediately.

What happened was... AFTER I finished the exam (in 75 questions), during the part the comes after the exam is over, the computer had some kind of error pop up and the staff at the test center had to "restart" the program for my to click 'end exam' and that was it.

I've spoken to pearson vue and NCSBN 100 times on the phone and both of them simply say "we can't tell you anything other than your results are on hold and we have no estimate of how long it will take".

I've looked this up and other people with the hold pop up report having to wait 3-6 days at most, I can't find a single case of being on hold for this long.

I am starting to suspect that these companies just don't take this seriously, if they knew 1/10th of the agony I am experiencing they would hurry up and do something about this. There needs to be some oversight over this process and some recourse for students !
