I'm in LA I sent my application for nclex on 2/14 . I really want to test before April 1st, how long did it take u to get your ATT?

Hi, I am from Souther Califormia, I send my application January 15, and it took like 5 weeks for me to receive my authorization for me to pay my test. good luck.. taking to my test before april 1st..

I tested on CA BRN. just wait for the letter from BRN that states you are now eligible to take the test then that will be the time you will schedule your exam on http://www.Pearsonveu.com

after scheduling your exam, you can now receive through email you ATT in MINUTES if there's no problem with your papers. (like something is lacking)

when you send your application to CA BRN it will take 1 month for them to respond. since you send it 2/14, you can follow up the BRN by calling them, or just wait til its 1month after you send ur application,

hope it helps ♥

OP is looking at LVN which is a different board in CA so time-frame may be different

I'm from LA, took me six months to be eligible to take the NCLEX RN. Do follow-ups! :)

They recieved my dec 20 and i didnt get my letter until the beg of feb

Apparently it is just like licensing results, one person receives their ATT in a timely manner, another does not. That is the way it is with the CA boards.

Ugh, praying I can take it before the 1st.

Hi Blowing Bubbles,

Have you been studying intensely for a while and feel truly ready to test or are you hoping to take the test before you feel truly ready since it changes on 4/01? I'm curious because I have to make the same decision. As of today, I am def not ready to test, however, I wonder if it would be better to just take it (if a day in March opens up) since I think possibly I might have a better chance at passing before April 1st. No word that I can find on exactly how the test is going to change, except for raising the passing standard.

I'm ready, I've intensely studied.
