Same here - questions I got on the test were so different than what I practiced. Content is everything!
My advice - stay positive and calm yourself. It helped me a lot to tell myself "I can do this"!
YOU can do this
Good luck!!

I took my NCLEX on February 7th, 2012. My school used Hurst Review. I liked it and they guarantee a pass rate or they refund you your money. I also signed up with Kaplan to do mini study sessions and they were free! I looked over Saunders a little bit, but not much. I made sure I understood my acid-base balance stuff, pharmacology and just did practice questions. My NCLEX had a majority of mental health questions, about 5-8 pharmacology questions, about 30 select all that apply (oh my gosh I started freaking out when they kept giving me these) and I had a few maternal-pediatric questions. Honestly, it is hard to pin point what to study because no NCLEX is the same. I left the pearson vue site and had no confidence that I passed. When my computer shut off at 85 (the minimum number to pass) I started freaking out. I did the pearson vue trick when I got home and I PASSED!!!! I had never been more relieved in my life. I work as a Pediatric nurse now and absolutely love it! I am in school for my RN as well. Good luck!
