Has anyone taken, passed, failed or scheduled the nclex in nj since it has been changed in april?

The NCLEX is a national exam so it doesn't matter whether you sit for the exam in NJ, CA, IL or Guam. The questions are from the same database, following the published test plan and the same passing level for all.

The NCLEX is updated every 3years. NCLEX-PN was last updated in April 2011. The NCLEX-RN was updated last year. The exam is continually assessed to ensure it measures to the current evidenced based practice standards and guidelines presently in use. Quite a few allnurses members have reported success with the updated NCLEX PN
