to all rn's pls help me im so desperate...how can i apply for chicago, icant find exactly the site..

You need to go to the state board of nursing website for all forms. Don't forget you are applying for licensure not NCLEX exam that is just part of the process. I would also suggest you read up on retrogression

Please take the time to do some reading on this forum, especially the thread called the Primer. There is much information that you need to know, also be aware that it will be a few years before you even have a chance to get to the US to work. It is no longer a guaranteed thing once you pass the NCLEX exam.
And again, to add to what Anna has posted. There is no way to apply for the NCLEX exam directly, you must have permission from a state BON to sit for it.
Also be aware that Illinois requires the CES, so that is going to take months to get things done. Definitely not going to be immediate.
