Which NCLEX-PN book is best???

I'm taking the nclex-pn on july. I heard that the test has changed last April. I have so many nclex books to study from but i don't know which is best :confused:. I have the Exam Cram book,Saunders Edition 4 (the green book), and Hurst reviews. I'm taking the exam in California and was wondering what I should focus on the most when i study? what should i expect on the exam. Thank you :)

i just passed the PN and used saunders 4th edition. i thought the review sections were great and very comprehensive, but the practice questions were absolutely *nothing* like the ones i got on the NCLEX. i heard that kaplan's questions are comparable, but i can't say first hand. maybe someone else can comment.

Any of the review sources you listed are good, if used properly. The one that works best is the one that works for you. Look at them and decide which you want to work with primarily, then start with it. Most people say they are successful using Saunders Comprehensive Review.

Hey there! I gonna take my Nclex-PN this july too . Er July 8th! when is ur test? er right now i'm studying Lippincotte, Exam cram, and Saunder 4ed CD. Oh one more Prioritization & delegation book too!

Im also taking the nclex pn but this is my third try :( has anybody heard of ati testing books? Theyre a little expensive but i wonder if i should try them or just study with regular nclex study books?? Any information would be helpful...

I'd say the new test has more Select all that apply. Because last year when I first took the test I only had a like 2. Lots of prioritization and infection control. Know your Lab values. I used Exam Cram and Hurst Review online. I was gonna buy the Saunders 4th edition because I've heard so many good feedback about but have no $ to spend for more materials. For practice questions I did 205 every morning n exam cram and another 85-100 in the afternoon. Read all the rationales even if you get it right. I know other people say, dont exceed 4 hours of study a day. I studied 6-8 hours a day for a month. Know your material that's the key!
